What Is the MAT 2022 Registration Date & Fee?

Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a national-level entrance test. This entrance exam is regulated by AIMA (All India Management Association). Based on MAT scores, aspirants get admission in MBA and other similar programs. In India, more than 600 B-schools accept MAT scores for admission in PG programs. The MAT exam is conducted four times a year-February, May, September, and December.

MAT Registration 2022

Some important points to be noted for the MAT registration process are the following:

  • The MAT registration process is conducted through online mode.
  • The MAT application process of 2022 will be started from the first week of January.
  • The MAT application form must be filled with correct details.
  • Aspirants need to upload scanned copies of the photograph and signature. Photograph size must be between 10 to 50 KB, and signature size must be between 5 to 20 KB.
  • Application form submission’s last date is the third week of February 2022 for the CBT exam. And for the PBT exam, the first week of March 2022.
  • MAT application form cannot fill up in offline mode.
  • Aspirants should take a printout of the application form for further use.

MAT Registration Fee 2022

Registration fee for MAT application must be done online. Aspirants can make the payment through credit card, debit card, or net banking. The registration fees for MAT application 2022 are the following:

MAT 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants must fulfill the eligibility criteria before appearing in MAT 2022. The eligibility criteria must be the following:

  • All the aspirants must graduate in any stream.
  • There is no age limit to apply for MAT.
  • Candidates appearing in the final exam are also eligible to apply in MAT.
  • There is no attempt limit to appear in MAT.

MAT Exam Pattern 2022

The details of MAT exam pattern 2022 are the following:

Exam mode: The MAT examination is conducted both in CBT (Computer-Based Test), PBT (Paper-Based Test), and IBT (Remote Proctored Internet Based Test).

Questions: There are a total of 200 objective-type questions asked in the MAT.

Duration: The total duration of the examination is 150 minutes.

Medium: The medium of examination is English only.

 

Different sections: Questions from different areas are asked in the examination, for instance, intelligence and critical reasoning, language comprehension, data analysis and sufficiency, Indian and global environment, and mathematical skills.

Marking: For every correct answer, students will get one mark.

Negative Marking: For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted.
